Blue Ash Police Department offers free women’s self-defense classes

The Blue Ash Police Department will host a free, five-week course to teach unarmed women how to defend themselves from an attacker.
Participants will learn self-defense techniques including striking, escaping chokes, and defending themselves on the ground.
Classes will be held on January 21 and 28 and February 4, 18, and 25, from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at Ahn’s Taekwondo, 11100 Kenwood Road.
