Blue Ash, OH (5/1/2017) – The Blue Ash Police Department will be hosting the Cram-A-Cruiser food drive on May 13th from 12 p.m.- 4 p.m. at the Blue Ash Kroger, located at 4100 Hunt Road.

All Cram-A-Cruiser donations will benefit local families through Operation Give Back in Blue Ash. The non-profit organization serves 30-40 families monthly through a food pantry, and also provides food bundles to more than 50 students in the Sycamore School District.

This is the first time the Blue Ash Police Department has hosted Cram-A-Cruiser.

“We're honored to team up with Kroger and our community members to help provide food to those less fortunate. We'll provide the cruiser, and we hope the public will provide the food items! This is a great way for us to work together as a community,” said Blue Ash Police Chief Paul Hartinger.

Officers will only be accepting non-perishable food items. Suggested donations include pasta, pasta sauce, canned pasta, canned fruit, cereal, peanut butter, jelly, ketchup, and snacks for kids.
