Neyer

Al Neyer, the development team for the 98 acres at the former airport property, will be hosting an open house event at the Cooper Creek Event Center to discuss residents’ and businesses’ thoughts on the development on June 8 from 3:00-7:00 PM. The discussions hope to gauge how people feel about all the different options for the land.
The 98 acres was recently called “a gem” in the Cincinnati Business Courier, and has the potential to bring more vibrancy to the community because of its location. Being a “greenfield” space in the middle of a number of business parks, abutting a premier park in the region, makes it one of the most desirable parcels in the market.
Al Neyer’s preliminary plans include mixed use developments with offices, restaurants, residential, and recreational spaces. Their goal is to help revitalize the space that has been sparsely used for years.
Light refreshments will be served.
