-Personal items may be setup beginning at 7:00AM on Wednesday, July 4th.
-Stopping or parking on the surrounding roadways to drop off chairs is not permitted. This presents a safety issue and vehicles not observing this rule will be ticketed by law enforcement.

-Shade tents are not permitted on site. Shade tenting will be provided at the event and is available first-come-first serve.
-Personal items must be removed from the premises promptly at the end of the night to allow event staff to clean.
-Any items left behind during clean-up of the event site will be discarded.
-City of Blue Ash is not responsible for property lost, stolen, damaged or left unattended.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Coolers of any size, alcohol, grills, sparklers, glass bottles, shade tents, tarps and pets are NOT permitted. Oversized bags, backpacks, and purses are subject to inspection by Event Security/Staff prior to entrance to the venue or at any time while inside the venue. National Artists prohibit photographs, audio or video recording of their concerts.
