Jill Cole

Jill Cole was first elected to City Council (At-Large) in 2020 and was sworn in as Mayor of Blue Ash on December 1, 2023.  In addition to serving on all Council Committees, she serves on the City’s Investment Board and the CRA Housing Review Council. 

She moved to Blue Ash in 2017 after living in Montgomery for nearly 30 years. She and her husband, Steve, founded and operate a commercial real estate company.

Jill was a member of the Sycamore Community School’s Board of Education from 2007-2015. She served two years as president, one year as vice president and held positions as policy liaison and student achievement liaison.

Jill graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.

The Cole’s have five sons, all of whom graduated from Sycamore Community Schools. They are proud grandparents to five amazing kids.

In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with family, singing, golf, and travel.
